License grant

Subject to payment and compliance with this agreement, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the plugin on the number of domains authorized by your purchased plan.

Permitted use

You may install the plugin on websites you own or administer for a client, provided the activation count remains within your plan limit and every activation is accurately registered through the licensing system.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, circumvent technical protections, or remove copyright and license notices except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Updates and validation

The plugin may communicate with the licensing platform to validate active licenses, obtain version information, and deliver protected updates. A limited grace period may apply when the validation service is temporarily unavailable.

Termination

This agreement terminates if you breach its terms or receive a refund. On termination, you must cease using the plugin and remove it from all activated websites.

Ownership

The plugin and all related intellectual property remain the property of the licensor. This agreement grants a license to use the software and does not transfer ownership.
